We have recently had quite possibly the best review we have had from a very happy customer. Although we always strive to receive positive feedback from our customers, providing them with the best possible service, it is always a joy when we hear words like these. On 9 of May 2016 we had installed a new boiler by Glow Green. I checked a few companies in London and around but this one had the best reviews; I was even thinking this is too good to be true!
They sent as a fantastic young engineer Mr Przemek, who not only called me one hour earlier saying he was ready for the installation, but impressed me with his education and very good manners! He worked in a very clean and organised way, and throughout the process was really very tidy!!! As promised he finished his job in time; I didn’t see him even call once for someone to assist in what to do next (like British Gas engineers have done on previous occasions…!).
Customers service – after couple of minutes you will know they not from London, because they care to take the job and gain new customer; not once have I been disappointed by them, as well in financial help! Like a cherry on the top of a cake they sent as flowers this morning with a voucher for £75 pounds to enjoy a good wine having our new boiler working for us. Thank you Glow Green for fantastic and spotless work!!! I hope you will take over all of Great Britain and the bad service from British Gas will be like the horrible memory from the past for all customers in the UK! Good luck and THANK YOU!!!!
