Last Friday I pronounced myself tea and coffee lady, serving up a side of croissant and pain au chocolat. Taking my duties very seriously, this could only have meant one thing, it was the Glow Green quarterly sales meeting.
On a dreary Friday morning there was a buzz in the GG office as each of our surveyors made their bee line for an important day to review our company progression. Continuous training and regular company updates are an integral part of our business ethos. Reviewing our performance ensures were keeping on top of industry trends and adjusting our service to suit our customer’s requirements.
It is in our experience that there is no better way to analyse the market than listening to our surveyors, who are in direct contact with the public, and learning from each other. At Glow Green we give our staff all the tools they need to excel in their role, but we always make the time to listen to their experiences. Together we are simply a wealth of knowledge here in the GG headquarters.
First up on the agenda, amongst the scoffing of biscuits, we welcomed new comers David and Andy. Two great additions to the team, their employment allows Glow Green to spread our coverage further across Birmingham and London, reaching more homes in need. We wish them every success in their role, and are pleased to introduce them to yourselves.
Ticking of a wide range of topics, the aim of our quarterly rendez vous is always to edge that bit closer to perfecting our service. We want to be providing our customers with the latest technologies and information available on the market. At Glow Green we are only satisfied if we feel proud of the services we have provided, and it’s this company culture we instil into each of our employees.
The icing on the cake to round of the day, an evening meal at a local Thai restaurant. Feeling enthused, clutching new agreed July Promotions, and a belly full of Thai, each of our surveyors will be greeting you with smiles. It’s summertime after all.
So without further ado let the week commence, and my second round of washing up begin.
