Success

This week we have had a few announcements in the office. First we would like to congratulate Chelsea who has recently received a promotion and is now ‘New Enquires Manager’. Chelsea is the go to girl, assisting customers who require a free no obligation quotation for a new boiler. Patient and upbeat on the telephone, you will know it’s Chels from her kind natured tone! In other news our office team has expanded yet again! We have now welcomed Chris and Ben who are settling in nicely. Chris has come on board to head up the purchasing department ensuring we process your boiler orders in good time to ensure a smooth installation. Ben has joined our marketing department as our all round web expert and online genius. His role will be to help implement new idea we have to make your customer experience even better and improve our current systems. Onwards and upwards!

As a close knit team here at GG head office, we are super proud of Chelsea and excited to have Ben and Chris on-board the team. As our engineers are on the road across the UK, us office staff don’t tend to get to meet everyone, however we know how hard they are working from our great customer feedback. One of our newbie engineers Luke has shone from the crowd with multiple customers calling in this week alone to let us know what a credit Luke is to the team! It’s always so heart warming to hear. We are all very appreciative of Luke and so pleased he is now apart of the Glow Green Team!
