Instagram Easter 2026 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These terms & conditions came into effect from 12th March 2026.

  1. Glow Green Limited have filled a 1.5 litre jar with miniature chocolate eggs. The amount of miniature chocolate eggs in the jar were counted by an independent adjudicator and the jar was sealed. Eligible entrants can guess how many miniature chocolate eggs are in the jar to enter the Easter Voucher Giveaway.
  2. To enter:
  1. ‘like’ the promotional Instagram post,
  2. Share it with a friend,
  3. Follow the Glow Green account on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/glowgreen/; and
  4. Comment your guess of how many miniature chocolate eggs are in the jar on the post.
  1. Only entries that have completed all of the steps detailed in Clause 2 will be valid. Any entries that are not in accordance with the entry instructions detailed above are invalid and will not be accepted. All entries are subject to verification. Glow Green Limited accepts no liability for any lost or delayed entries.
  2. This promotion is open to all members of the public who are UK residents over 18 years of age, except employees of Glow Green Limited, their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion. By entering into the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
  3. There is a limit of 1 entry to the prize draw per person, which will be your first guess.
  4. If two valid entries guess the same number of miniature chocolate eggs in the jar, the winner will be chosen at random.
  5. The prize will be £200 of Amazon vouchers. There will be no cash equivalent prize and no other alternative will be offered. No purchase necessary.
  6. The prize draw will run from 16th March 2026 and end on 3rd April 2026.
  7. The prize draw will be held at Glow Green Limited’s registered offices and will take place on the first working day after the competition ends. One winner will be chosen at random and the draw will be supervised by an independent person.
  8. Glow Green Limited will contact the winner within 30 days of the prize draw, using instagram direct messaging, to schedule the installation of the prize.
  9. Glow Green Limited must publish information that indicates that a valid award took place. Glow Green Limited will publish the surname and county of the prize winner on https://www.glowgreenltd.com. If you object to this information being published please let us know when we contact you about the prize. Glow Green Limited must still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA on request.
  10. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the directors of Glow Green Limited shall be final and binding on all entrants.
  11. The winner will have 14 days from us contacting you (see clause 7) to claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
  12. Glow Green Limited will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner, if the winner cannot be contacted, or has not claimed the prize within 14 days, Glow Green Limited reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
