LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Boiler & Air Conditioning)

1. Glow Green Ltd must receive a full copy of the quotation from the competitor in PDF format.
2. The competitor offering the price to beat must be a Limited Company or PLC, not a sole trader.
3. If the Competitor is offering the purchase on finance, the type of credit agreement, APR and term of the agreement must be the same as our offering.
4. We define “like for like” as:
   1. the same make and model of boiler, installation address and specification of works; or
   2. the same make and model of air conditioning units (internal and external), installation address and specification of works.
5. Any manufacturer warranty must be the same in terms of years.
6. Any prices beaten will be a minimum of £1.00 cheaper than the competitor’s price.
7. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendments will take effect from the date they are published on our website.
