PRICE BEATER GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (RENEWABLES & HEAT PUMPS)

1. These terms and conditions should be read alongside the terms and conditions of your contract and these are located here
2. In order to be eligible for any Price Beater Guarantee you must:
   1. have been provided with a quotation by Glow Green Limited for an eligible product; and
   2. have been provided with a quotation from a competitor that you are comparing to your Glow Green Quotation (“Competitor Quotation”)
3. In order for the Competitor Quote to be considered valid, it must meet the following criteria:
   1. Be provided by Limited Company or PLC (not a sole trader);
   2. Be a full quotation, provided in pdf format that details the specification of the system they have offered;
   3. If the Competitor is offering the purchase on finance, the type of credit agreement, APR and term of the agreement must be the same as our offering;
   4. The specification of the system provided in the Competitor Quotation must either be:
      1. A “like for like” comparison - by which we mean the same specification of key components; or
      2. A "Similar specification" comparison - by which we mean that Glow Green considers that the key components are equivalent for the point of comparison
   5. Any manufacturer warranties offered by the competitor on any key components must be the same in terms of years
4. Glow Green considers key components to include
   1. For Renewable products - Inverter, Solar panels, Battery Storage, EV Chargers, Roof Mounting Equipment, Birdguard, access Equipment and specification of works
   2. For Heat Pumps - Heat Pump, Cylinder and Controls,design flow temperature, access Equipment and specification of works
5. Provided that the competitor's quote meets the above criteria, Glow Green will beat the price by £100.00
6. If there is a material change to the original quotation that you accepted, it is at the sole discretion of Glow Green as to whether the discount will continue to be applied to any subsequent quotations that we provide.
7. The Price Beater Guarantee promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
8. Employees of Glow Green, Glow Green’s affiliates, their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion will not be eligible for the Price Beater Guarantee.
9. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendments will take effect from the date they are published on our website.
