PRICE BEATER GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (RENEWABLES)

1. Glow Green Ltd must receive a full copy of the quotation from the competitor in PDF format.
2. The competitor offering the price to beat must be a Limited Company or PLC, not a sole trader.
3. If the Competitor is offering the purchase on finance, the type of credit agreement, APR and term of the agreement must be the same as our offering.
4. We define “like for like” as the same design of system and same specification of works using the same key components; specifically the same make and model of:
   1. Inverter;
   2. Solar panels;
   3. Battery Storage (if applicable); and
   4. Roof Mounting system.
5. Any manufacturer warranties offered by the competitor on the above listed key components must be the same in terms of years.
6. Provided that the competitor's quote meets the above criteria, Glow Green will beat the price by:
   1. a minimum amount of £1.00; or
   2. for existing customers of Glow Green, a minimum amount of £100.
7. An "existing customer" is defined as a customer who has had a Glow Green product installed and does not have an outstanding balance on their account.
8. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendments will take effect from the date they are published on our website.
