PRICE BEATER GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (COMMERCIAL RENEWABLES)

1. Glow Green Ltd will beat the total contract price of any Commercial quote for a Renewables installation where the "Price per KW" of our quotation is higher than that of a Competitor firm.
2. We define "Price per KW" as the Total Contract Price of your finalised quotation divided by the KW output of the designed system when compared to the Competitor's equivalent quotation.
3. We define Total Contract Price to be the finalised price of your quotation including labour and access equipment.
4. The Competitor offering the price to beat must be a Limited Company or PLC, not a sole trader.
5. Glow Green Ltd must receive a full copy of the quotation from the competitor in PDF format.
6. Any manufacturer warranties offered by the competitor on the above listed key components must be the same in terms of years.
7. Provided that the competitor's quote meets the above criteria, Glow Green will beat the price by a monetary amount of £500.
8. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendments will take effect from the date they are published on our website.
