Puredrive Energy Crowdcube Investment ‘Reward’ Voucher

Terms and Conditions (Renewables)

These terms and conditions come into effect from 3 March 2026.

1. These terms and conditions should be read alongside the terms and conditions contained within your installation contract with Glow Green Limited, which can be found here.
2. To be an Eligible Investor for the Puredrive Energy Crowdcube Investment ‘Reward’ Voucher, you must:
   1. Complete a Qualifying Investment of £1,000 or more in Puredrive Energy Ltd via the Crowdcube crowdfunding campaign, and
   2. Have made that Qualifying Investment before the closing of the campaign period 3 March 2026 to 30 March 2026.
3. Eligible Investors will receive one £800 Reward Voucher which can be redeemed against the purchase and installation of a Duracell Energy solar PV and battery storage system supplied and installed by Glow Green Limited.
4. Only one Reward Voucher will be issued per Qualifying Investment, regardless of the total amount invested above £1,000.
5. Each Reward Voucher will contain a unique reference code linked to the Eligible Investor. Details of the unique reference code will be recorded and held by Glow Green Limited for verification purposes. The unique reference code must be provided at the time of requesting a quotation in order for the £800 discount to be applied. Each code may only be used once and will become invalid after redemption.
6. The Reward Voucher is transferable and may be used by the Eligible Investor or transferred to a friend or family member (the “Recipient”) for redemption against a qualifying installation (subject to the exclusions below).
7. To redeem the Reward Voucher, the Eligible Investor or Recipient must request and receive a formal quotation from Glow Green Limited for the supply and installation of a Duracell Energy solar PV system including a Duracell Energy battery storage system.
8. The Reward Voucher must be redeemed by 30 November 2026, meaning that the Eligible Investor or Recipient must have requested and received a quotation from Glow Green Limited on or before this date.
9. The £800 discount will be applied to the quotation provided by Glow Green Limited and will appear as an itemised deduction on the quotation document.
10. The quotation must be accepted within 30 days from the date the quotation was issued in order for the Reward Voucher to remain valid.
11. If there is a material change to the original quotation, it will be at the sole discretion of Glow Green Limited as to whether the discount will continue to apply to any revised quotation.
12. Employees of Glow Green Limited, Puredrive Energy Limited, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to redeem the Reward Voucher.
13. The Reward Voucher:
    1. May only be redeemed once, and
    2. Applies to one residential property only.
14. This promotion is only valid for residential installations located in England, Scotland and Wales.
15. The Reward Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to any non-Duracell Energy products or systems.
16. Glow Green Limited reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time, with any such changes taking effect from the date they are published on our website.
17. For the purpose of implementing this promotion, Eligible Investors (and in the event the Reward Voucher is transferred also the Recipient) consent to the transfer of Personal Data from Puredrive Energy Ltd to Glow Green Limited.
