Glow Green Winter £1,000 Cash back promotion TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Heat Pumps & Renewables)

1. These terms and conditions should be read alongside the terms and conditions of your contract and these are located here.
2. In order to be eligible for the Glow Green Winter £1,000 cash back promotion, you must have been provided with a quotation for both a
   1. Air-Source Heat Pump; and
   2. Solar PV System.
3. Eligible Customers will be provided with a personalised set of quotations which will detail the design and specifics of the equipment that Glow Green intend to supply and install at your property.
4. Both quotations must be
   1. accepted and a Pre Installation Consultation booked by 27 February 2026; and
   2. By 13 March 2026 you have either
      1. Paid your £200 holding fee under your contract; or
      2. Been approved for Finance by one of our panel of lenders; and
   3. Installed by 31 July 2026.
5. Eligible Customers will, upon completion of both installations, be eligible for a monetary amount of £1,000 to be paid to them directly via bank transfer. This payment is outside of the price of their installation contract and cannot be offset against an outstanding balance.
6. To be eligible for the monetary payment, customers must not have an outstanding balance on their account on the date the payment is due to be made. This includes customers who may be waiting for the payment of the Government BUS Grant.
7. Eligible Customers for the one-off monetary amount must email [email protected] to claim their cashback payment and will be required to provide their bank account details in order for the payment to be made. Payment will be made within 14 days of the Referral meeting the above criteria.
8. If there is a material change to the original quotation that you accepted, it is at the sole discretion of Glow Green as to whether the cash back promotion will continue to be applied to any subsequent quotations that we provide.
9. Employees of Glow Green, their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion will not be eligible for the Glow Green Winter £1,000 cash back promotion.
10. Eligible Customers are limited to using this offer one time only, and it applies to one property per customer.
11. This promotion is only valid for residents of mainland UK.
12. We reserve the right to withdraw, change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendments will take effect from the date they are published on our website.
